Roxana Merello

General Manager, Service Intégration Travail Outaouais (SITO)

Roxana Merello is originally from Peru and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has a wealth of international experience in Chile, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Spain and Peru, as well as experience in preparing, integrating and retaining immigrants in the workplace, and in advising employers. For the past 14 years, she has been working in Gatineau for Service Intégration Travail Outaouais (SITO), an organization whose mission is to integrate immigrants into the workforce. In 2009, Roxana arrived in Canada (Montreal) and decided to move to Gatineau through the Regionalization program. She began working at SITO as a receptionist, and after holding several positions, she is now the organization’s General Manager.
